Backups

Backup & Disaster Recovery for vet clinics.

Fire, flood, theft or ransomware: your records survive. We back up locally and to the cloud, check it every night and test restores.

What's included

Everything you need.

  • Local + cloud backup

A fast local copy and an off-site copy in the cloud.

  • Verified nightly

Every backup is checked, not assumed.

  • Test restores

We regularly prove the data actually comes back.

  • Off-site rotation

Copies kept away from the clinic, safe from fire and theft.

  • Cloud-to-cloud

Backups of Microsoft 365 and Google email and files.

  • Replication & standby

Critical systems copied so you can be back up quickly.

Why it matters

Many clinics only discover their backup does not work on the day they need it. A backup is only real if someone checks it and tests a restore.

FAQ

Common questions.

How often should a vet clinic back up?

At least nightly, with one copy stored off-site or in the cloud. Busy clinics often back up practice data several times a day. Just as important: test a restore regularly.

Would our backups survive ransomware?

Only if at least one copy is off-site and cannot be changed or deleted from the clinic network. We set up backups that ransomware cannot reach.

How long would it take to recover from a server failure?

With a tested local backup, usually hours rather than days. We plan recovery times with you up front.
